  Commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the Sumgait pogroms in Azerbaijan. House of Lords. 27.02.2008   Speakers included Baroness Cox, Ambassador Gabrielyan, the historian Cristopher Walker and Professor Ali Gueranmayeh.   Ambassdor Gabrielyan speaks at the Holocaust Memorial Service organized by the Barnet Council and held at the Middlesex University. 27.01.2008
           
  Dr. Gabrielyan introduces some  of the photos to the guests."Armenia through the eyes of photographers"was held in the Upper Waiting Hall of the House of Commons from January 14 to 17th.   Photographs of Armenia seem to have interested everyone.   Some pictures of the exhibition, depicting cultural life and architecture of Armenia. 
           
  Exhibition was organized by the Armenian Embassy and the British-Armenian All Party Parliamentary Group.   At the annual Embassy New Year Reception. 09.01.2008   Odette Bazil is excited to have received from the Ambassador her "Movses Khorenatsi" medal bestowed on her by President Robert Kocharyan for her outstanding contribution to Armenian-Brirish relations. 09.01.2008
