September 16, 2009. Mr. Serzh Sargsyan, the President of the Republic of Armenia singed a decree awarding Baroness Caroline Cox of Queensbury with an Order of Honor. President Sargsyan handed the Order to Baroness Cox next day in person, praising her immense contribution to strengthening the British-Armenian relations and years of tremendous humanitarian efforts. Expressing her gratitude for this high award, Baroness Cox has stated that "it is always an honor to receive an award, but it is a double honor to receive it in Armenia".
